House in Cefalu’
Located within the historic core of town, this recently renovated home has been designed according to local building traditions with particular attention to introducing all the necessary modern tech features.
The home offers a living room, a 4-bed bedroom and a spacious bathroom.
The home is equipped with
32” flat screen TV, minibar, green tea scented hospitality set, bed linen and bath towels washed by a professional laundry service.

The home offers its guests a cooking area (equipped with a 2 burner electric stove, electric oven, coffee machine, sink, fridge, plates and cutlery and a dishwasher).
The home is on the second floor of a typical historic building with access from one of Cefalu’s picturesque “vicoli” (small alley), and it is quite spacious thanks to it high ceilings. It also has two small balconies: one facing the “vicolo” and one facing a small courtyard.
Modern air conditioning is of course available in the entire home.
WiFi is available in the entire home and is free of charge.
The home is just a few minutes away from the beach and the main piazza, with the world famous Arab-Norman Cathedral.
Sometimes my guests think that this holiday home is expensive, but please allow me to highlight a few things:
The home itself has been renovated very recently employing the best building technologies and with great care in every detail.
Some of the furniture you see has been in my family since the beginning of the 900s.
